Next cycle deca ok with anti e??

Planning on my next cycle and thinking about 400-600mg deca per week and 1500mg sust or enanthate per week for around 12 weeks with normal pct etc.

The problem I have is that I had to stop my last cycle due to gyno from deca. I was not running an anti estrogen at the time as I have never had any problems before.

I am definately going to run arimidex at either 0.5mg or 1mg per day alongside the cycle this time but as I had problems caused by deca before I dont know if it would be ok this time even though I will run the anti e.

I have been told that if I had been running an anti e in my last cycle I would not have had any problems even though it was deca that caused my gyno situation.

Adex @ 1mg EOD should be more than enough IMO

The part Im confused about is that people say that if I had run an anti e with my course before I would not have had a problem even though my gyno was caused by progesterone (the deca). So if I take deca plus the arimidex at 1mg eod why would this stop gyno caused by progesterone?

I have been told that progesterone only causes gyno if there is estrogen present so if I take anti e (arimidex) to control estrogen the progesterone would not be a problem. Is this correct?
