Night Time Proteins

Hi, Guys I need your opinion.

I am looking for a slow release/absorbed protein for when I am sleeping to aid recovery and growth. I have looked at a few but they look very pricey.

I am wondering what your opinions on this one. I have my protein for the day sorted so this thread is only for Night Time Proteins.

Thanks!

I know a really good one ... Low in fat and cals ... good mix of Whey and Casein . no added sugar oe sweetners , 100% natural and cheap as chips .....
Its called Low Fat Cottage Cheese .. you don't need anything else ..

    ORIGINAL: Gecko

M casein' profile is pretty good but doesnt mix well atall and tastes foul.

Why not just take whey in milk pre bed? milk is 80% casein anyway.

Yep that would do it too .. though I like CC so that my fav . . It also depends on your protein . I currently use Pro - Peptide as a std protein ( expensive i know ) but that has alot of Micellar Casein in it so if i get caught sans fromage I can neck one of them ..

OK for max value see milk protein Conc at myprotein.co.uk .. that has 80% Micellar Casien in it .. or even cheaper would be their Calium Caseinate tho personally i don't want Caseinates in my diet .. also Reflex do a Micellar Casein supp which is not mega mega pricey .. Cottage Cheese is still the daddy though !
