Nightmares on Eph?

Howdy chaps,

I have been using eph 25 for the last couple of weeks and cannot help but notice I am having nightmares at nights, really freaky stuff and very disturbing trying to get back to sleep after such a scare.

I usually dont remember dreams but this has been happening so often the link between the dreams and the eph is unquestionable.

I have never heard of these side effects before, and have never experienced them with any other eph product I have used in the past, has anyone else experienced this or heard anyone mention it?

Its not even a heavy dose or every day I use them, recommended dosage with 2 or 3 days off a week.

I always used to struggle to sleep on any stimulant product, but with these I crash out no bother, but a few hours into the night i wake up drenched in sweat, heart pumping after some really bad nightmare.

Am I the only sufferer?

Go to bed with the light on!

...on a serious note, i've used it a few times in the past and never had that as a side effect.

I have taken to getting up and pouring myself a wee whisky, not really a habit I want to keep up though.

Went to pour myself a little half as a treat after dinner, bloody bottle was empty

I love nightmares, very rarely get them, but when I do they are fantastic. The times i've been gunned down in a blaze of glory, under the true belief that it is real life, but then woke up alive the next morning - fab.

You cant pay for that sort of entertainment

What times of the day do you take it. Maybe don't take it after midday so that the effects will be minimal by the time you go to bed.

I never take it too late in the day, 3pm is my cut off point.

I guess its non too common then, or it is but people just dont remember I will probably finish the bottle, not much left anyway.

Slept like a log last night, but never took any yesterday.

Had a dose this morning before spending some time on the cross trainer, have another dose this afternoon and go for a run up the hill this evening.

    Better get the whisky in.
