No / Low Supplement Diet???
Quick question; I find protein shakes a real pain in the a$$ to digest, even the bars that you can buy donâ€™t really helpâ€¦â€¦ Can I still get decent results without them?
Currently 6ft tall, and 194lbs & looking to shift the loose cut and generally shape up.
My suggested diet would be something along these lines;
07:00 â€“ 3 eggs (only 1 yoke) scrambles on granary toast
Flaxseed, Multi Vit
09:30 â€“ Mullerlight Yoghurt, Banana, Handfull of Nuts and Seeds
12:00 â€“ Chicken or fish, small amount of carbs
15:00 â€“ Nuts and Seeds, Apple/pear
16:30 â€“ Train (Mainly Boxing training)
18:30 â€“ High Protein and mid Carb meal (Fish or chicken or steak etc with pasta / veg etc)
21:00 â€“ Met-Rx Protein shake PS - As mentioned, my training is mainly Boxing training (bagwork, skipping, using own body as weights, resistance band and light weights etc) Rip it to shreds folks and let me know what I need to do!
