No protein until tonight.
I havent been able to get to a shop for any meat sources for today and I have run out of protein powder. I can obviously get everything when I finish work today but until then I have to eat food with just carbs in.
My question is do I replace the calories that I will lose from the protein with carbs until tonight??
i.e. if I eat 100g carbs and 40g protein for a meal should I say add some additional carbs for that meal to compensate in some way for the protein not being there?
