NoFear's Journal

This will be a bulking journal. Here is a little background on myself im from the United States I just graduated from college. I have been lifting for the past 6 years. My strength is good for my size compared to others at the gym. I play many social sports with my freinds basketball/baseball etc. I will be posted example of diet soon and cycle, routine etc.

    Here is my first cycle plan. I am pretty much following the same cycle routine as muscletalk has posted.

    First 5 days 1200 mg Milk Thistle/3g taurine
    Week 1- 10mg superdrol/1200mg milk thistle/3g tuarine
    week2-20mg/1200mg milk thistle/3g tuarine
    week 3-20mg/1200mg milk thistle/3g tuarine
    Day 1 week 4-60mg Nolva/ 1200mg milk thistle/3g tuarine
    Days 2-11= 40 mg Nolva/1200mg milk thistle/3g taurine
    days 12-21= 20mg Nolva

    Heres an example of a daily diet I have. This changes all the time on workout days I have dextrose post workout with whey in water. Then hi gi carb source with the ppwo with protein.

    9-Whey in water 30g protein
    9:20- 3/4 cup oats, bannana, 5 egg whites
    11:20- 2 tbsp peanute butter, 1/2 cup oatmeal, lean protein meat approx 20g
    1:30-Lean Protein source approx 30-40g, Rice half a cup, salad
    3:30-Salad, tbsp Virgin Olive oil, 1/2 cup oatmeal, Scoop of whey 20g protein
    5:30-Lean protein source approx 20g, Fish 20g protein, peice of fruit
    8:00- 2 tbsp Peanute butter, salad, lean protein source 20g
    11:00- 1 tbsp olive oil, cottage cheese 20g protein

    Approx-260-290 g protein

    DAY 1

    Today went pretty good diet was in check. The superdrol seemed to give some energy into the workout. Pretty much every lift today went up strength wise. So far gained about a pound. One thing I really noticed was veins were popping out everywhere. So far no sides

    Day 2 (182.4 ibs) +2.4

    Today was a non workout day. Diet was in check all day. The weight has been increasing nicely up 2.4 ibs. I also believe bodyfat has been lowering cause more veins have been popping out then usually. So far no sides

    Today was Chest/Tris it went really good at the gym lots of energy. Yet, agian veins were popping everywhere. Strength went up on almost every exercise from previous weight. My body is looking much thicker as well. So far no side effects.

    Today was really good. The workout was Shoulders/Bis my strength is sky rocketing and muscle mass as well. I would say bodyfat is around 11 still possible 10. Diet is in check hopefully ill get some pics up here soon. So far no side effects

    Today was cardio and abs. Diet is in check and everything is going well took bodyfat today was at around 11% which isnt bad. So far I have had no side effects in 2 days ill be upping the dosage to 20mg a day in split doses.

    Today was Back/Abs it went really well. Almost all my lifts are going up in weight each time. Diet is in check. Measured arms today up to 15.25 in which is good growth in 6 days. So far no sides tomorrow im increasing doasge to 20 mg
