Non dairy based diary critique

Hi,

I'm planning to start lifting weights again. I did a bit about a year ago and managed to put on about 1.5 stone. However i have recurring unknown stomach problems and have lost pretty much all my gains. This time i plan to start again excluding dairy, and if that is no better i'll try excluding wheat.

I guess i just want to gain quality mass to begin. I'm 5'11 and 10 stone.

    Honestly? I have no idea. But it's clear from the zero help i've had from the gastro it's up to me to find out on my own again. I dont seem to have a problem with small amounts but i've noticed when i start using whey protein throughout the week my stomach seems to get worse. Might be coincidence or something else but i guess i need to find out.

    You dont have to have whey protein, just use it PWO and use solid proteins for other meals during the day.

    You may wish to go to the doctors about your problem though, they could probably do tests for the problem you have, i.e. either wheat, lactose intolerant, etc...

    wow thats precise.. and my eyes hurt now


    is soy protien lactose free? theres lots of it... maybe an idea to replace some of it with other solid food sources

    e.g
    22:30 - tuna and a slice of wholemeal bread or with some kind of fats


    i would maybe move the 15:00 peanut butter to the 12:30 meal
    and move the chicken from 12:30 to 15:00 adding another slice of bread

    so theres not so much fat pre workout (i find it makes me feel slightly sluggish)
