Non training Days

Quick question.

Do you eat the same amount of food on non training days as you on training days?

    Pretty much, less my PWO shake but I eat within every 3 hours whether I train or not.

    ditto, same food meals reguardless of training day or not.
    but i have a soy protein and dextrose shake pwo on training days.

    no,about half my normal trainning day amounts bad enough trying to force myself to eat on trainning days

    Basically on training days i have an extra 2-3 weetibix and a whey shake pwo and maybe a little serving off rice later.But i keep the protein intake the same on all days.Just have the extra bit of whey on training days.

    Im lucky in the fact that I like food and have no problem in eating the same amount of food on non training days as I do on training days

    I usually sack of my pre workout and post workout small meals and have a normal meal as a replacement

    No PWO shake and about half the carbs that I take in on a training day.
