Non "windy" whey

Hello all

am looking for a whey that wont cause me to turn into johnny fartpants.

I have done some research and both **** and Reflex instant whey review well.
What I am really looking for are any personal recommendations from people who have used several different brands and suffered from stomach problems such as excess wind, bloating etc but have then resolved these problems by switching brands ...as opposed to people who just happen to use something without any problems.

Anyone prepared to admit that they were contributing to globally warming greenhouse gasses in a public forum?

might be something to do with the flavour they have in it as wellas the wuality of the whey itself. Best bet is to try unflavored whey from one of the bulk suppliers and flavour it yourself this should eliminate the wind problems. *******************

You may be a little lactose intolerant there. Perhaps try switching to an pure isolate (WPI) as this usually helps people with this problem.

Thanks for all the speedy replies.

Will look into using isolate as opposed to concentrate.
Still wanting to hear from anyone who has specifically noticed a difference as daveo mentioned.
    Good work so far.

All in 1 is more or less Reflex Whey without the flavouring etc. Made by the same company/factory I believe.

Had no real problems with Reflex but I've always farted a bit, due to the amount of food i scoff each day. It's like a badge of honour at my gym anyhow.

Just ordered some unflavoured MP stuff so will se what thats like.

You could always use charcoal tablets to plug the gas.
