As per title can somone please post a basic 10 to 15 mins full body workout?

    AMRAP in 15m

    20 x Burpees
    15 x Press Up Variation
    10 x Split Squats/Pistol Squats (each leg)

    I wanted more volume to also work on some muscle stamina. Lower and upper body explosive etc.
