It is very rare that I am totally pain/niggle free. Either my knees, shins splints (running), feet, elbows, triceps, palms (boxing) or lower back. Not DOMS btw!
I used to take time off or take it easy for all of the above but I have realised it is pointless. I just ignore and train through it and it goes away by itself. In fact I'd go as far to say as training through it has helped with recovery time.
Yours may be more serious though.
Body Weight - 83kg
Bench - 145kg
Squat - 190kg
Clean & Jerk - 129kg
Snatch - 98kg
