yeah I read this article the other day...
I would try it but I don't have any of the things that are needed. It looks cool though, would be a lot more fun than going to the gym all the time.
240lbs @ 13% bf
Squats -- 475lbs
Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
Bench -- 325lbs
