    Looks interesting- lots of variation, non-standard exercises, training lots of types of fitness at once. If your aims are in tune with it, then I think it's a good program.

    Yes, I find it very interesting and, since I'm moving to live in the countryside in October, I will have all the space I need for that kind of exercises

    yeah I read this article the other day...

    I would try it but I don't have any of the things that are needed. It looks cool though, would be a lot more fun than going to the gym all the time.

    240lbs @ 13% bf

    Squats -- 475lbs
    Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs

    Maybe it could be a problem to find a tractor tire, but for the other things... well, you can be creative

    yeah ur right lol, I guess it's just too different for me... just thinking of excuses i think.
