LOL @ JK.  Had a Maccy D's yesterday (yuck!) but keeping things simple for now.  Just sticking with my core meals i've been having on the cut with a little added carbs (like rice, cous cous or a couple of slices of bread).

    lookin awesome papa..
for ur bulk, u gonna stay the duration with ur keto styled diet albeit with the added carbs like ur doin now?
i know this is what dave palumbo advises, as he is a keen advocate of the keto diet, and for bulkin he advises the same core as ur doin now, but with added carbs..

    great work tho fella..

Yes mate, same as I am now (350g protein, 100g fats plus now 250g carbs per day).  If I gain fat quickly, i'll drop the carbs a little, if I'm not growing i'll increase carbs a little.  Easy peasy.

You look amazing mate.  Whats the plan now, will you be keeping lean for the summer than bulking up?

You still look huge as well, well done!

Did you cut water for part of the carb up at the end before you took your photos (to enhance vascularity/definition)?

I didn't bother doing water manipulation in the end - would have been fiddling with water, salt and carb levels and i've been to stressed recently so I just kept it clean and got on with it.

Nice work Papa, very impressive end result. Should be doing that myself

I can't recall what forum it was but I threw one little c.unt into a sentence and you'd have thought I'd bummed one of their grandmas

Papa, amazing as you look, and you do look amazing, that avatar picture is just too offputting...

Seriously, given the impressive nature of your results, do you think you are closer now to deciding to actually enter a competition?  You look as if you wouldn't be far off that stage at the moment.
