Not very good at this cutting 'stuff'

I could use abit of help, I'm not shifting enough weight.

I do cardio 5 times a week for 60 mins on an exercise bike.

My diet is like:
bowl of oats
5 boiled eggs (no yolks)
5 scrambled eggs and cheese(2 yolks)
2 baked potatoes
1 can tuna, 2 scoop light mayo
5 egg white, 2 scoop protein shake
2 crispy chicken

There's about 260g protein, 50g fat and I'm not sure on the carbs as I have nothing to measure with and have to make do (I know that's bad).

I weigh just over 15 stone.

I don't seem to be fat on my upperbody, just around my waist. Even below my waist my legs seem to be coming through, I can see my quad muscles easily.

I'm sure alot of your deal with these questions on a regular basis, so put your knowledge forward please.

i think u need some variety, and fruits and veggies

try to vary the protein, carb and fat sources...dont no if it will help but maybe u need more water....i also think 5x60minutes of cardio is too much, but that my opinion, rn't u training for mass tho?? i think its too much cardio...

Will be a lot easy to offer advice if you can provide as much of the following info as poss:

You need to tell us what you eat, at what times, and your total calories per day.

Also what is your body fat% currently?

What is your average heart rate when you do the bike cardio, and your age?

What does your weight training program look like?

What supplements do you use on top of your diet?

You need to tell us what you eat, at what times, and your total calories per day.

As I have nothing to weigh my food with I am not sure. What I eat is above.

    I eat like:

7:30 am home made oat bar, no sugars etc..
    12pm - 12:30pm tuna sandwich, with mayo
4pm savoury rice with (seperate) chicken
5pm 5 eggs with no yolks
    6pm bowl of oats
7pm 5 egg white 2 yolk and cheese omlette, vegetable spring rolls (2)
    8pm workout
9pm 2 scoop protein and 5 egg white shake

Also what is your body fat% currently?
I'm not sure, I was starting to see my abs but then I got fat again.

What is your average heart rate when you do the bike cardio, and your age?
Not sure about heart rate, 19.

What does your weight training program look like?
    3 day split

What supplements do you use on top of your diet?
    multivitamin, whey.
