Novo rapid slin pens Vs Humalog

Ive heard Humalogs the best insulin but could Novo pens be all round better?

The Actrapid pens made by Novo Nordisk r whats been recommended by a m8, the pens are a 3ml prefilled syringe and look very convienient to use.

The insulin contains a few other active ingriedents to help it work.

Humalog or Novo?
And whats the difference and why?

Thanx lads.

I am using novarapid atm,i am drawing out of the refills and using a 0.5ml syringe.

It is quicker acting than humalog.

powerhouse where can i find a pen?

TBH they do look extremely handy!

    cheers

i get mine from diabetic's this is the only way
but maybe the chemist may give u one as it does not contain insulin and u could try and blag one saying that your uncle has to have his insulin but only has his refill and he is disabled bla bla bla
but make sure u get some cap needles with it there are about 2cm long with a 6mm pin sticking out

chemists have them, i dont know if you could buy one from the shelf. they are free to diabetics who need them, by bro has 3 diffrent kinds of these pen type things, they are very simple and easy to use but you will be limited on the actuall slin to use in them i guess. Most diabetics do keep a spare. some pen types last for years.

they may be expensive to buy, do a web search.

They are both pretty much identical bro. You won't see any difference between them. Both good choices.
