Now that my cutting diet is winding down, its time to bulk

I started at approximately 190lbs and a BF higher than I thought (ithought about 18%, upon caliper testing at my gym it read at 23%).

10 weeks later and I am down to 173 and right around 13% bodfat.

Now I am realizing how small my muscles really are

I would like to put on a bit of mass, but really have no idea how to eat for bulking. How many calories over my BMR should I eat? What should my macro-nutrient break down be?

My long term goal is about 185 at 10%, or less, bodyfat.
