Nutrisport MRP 60/30

anyone tried Nutrisports tub MRP with 60g protein and 30g carbs? Its not listed on their home page. Looks good value, 55x servings for £28. Any feed back on taste, ingredients etc helpful

i suppose you could add in some malto and make your own MRP's with a lower pro and higher CHO rating, good idea but i personally if iwas going for home made MRP's id just use oat powder and a tub of 90+

how does a serving have 60g pro and 30g carbs

if you get 55 servings per 2.5kg tub, each serving has to be about 46g

    45g x 55 = 2475g
