Nutrisport Weight Gain

im looking for a good waight gainer to help with my daily callories intake.is this any good.are there better ones out there?im not looking to make my own as i simply just dont have the time. could i use this as postworkout also or would that be a little mutch?.thanks

    i personally think the above product is excellent value for the price. There are better out there no doubt but bang for buck nutrisport is not bad. No idea on the taste of the above product.

    Grand for post work out.

    I personally make my own weight gainer as i prefer to use oats as my source of carbs

    Have used this product recently, very very good value for money. As a post workout drink it does the job, Protein, Carbs, Creatine all in.

    I had Chocolate flavour which was good if a little bit strong.

    yeah, good value for money, but cr*p product, if you can spend a bit more money try Boditronics mass attact or Reflex Instant Mass.

    if price is an issue, atlas gainers are also a similar price. Although, the cheaper gainers tend to be mainly maltodextrin which is very cheap to buy on its own (2 or 3 quid from bulk suppliers). ground oats are also very cheap.

    If price is an issue I would still choose quality over quantity every time... Just be more sparing.

    Just cos there is more in the tub doesn’t mean that it is a better buy.
