Nutrition Bars

If anybody wants to know of a mrp that tastes fantastic here is one that will make you order more...Tried a few now and these do taste ace

Pro-Bar XS is a delicious and soft-textured chewy crisp high protein food bar that is low in carbohydrates and simple sugars. Pro-Bar XS is easy to transport and can fit into pockets, bags, car glove compartments etc and is a convenient way of ensuring your protein demands are met no matter where you are.

Amounts Per 70g bar;

Calories - 245
Protein - 32.2g
Carbohydrate - 5.6g
(of which sugars - 2.87g)
Polyols - 13.12g
Fat - 4.55g
(of which saturates - 3.36g)
Dietary fibre - 8.57g
Sodium - 0.14g

Other ingredients: Protein blend [46%](Milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, skimmed milk powder), hydrolysed gelatine, glycerine, chocolate flavour coating [12.5%]{maltitol, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, milk solids, lecithin, aspartame), polydextrose, rice starch, vegetable oil, flavouring, salt, sweetener: sucralose.

    Yes they are - tried about 4 different bars from different companys, and i have to say these are ace...

    Please Tell me they are ok as i am cutting now and dont want to be eating something that is full of sugar,,,,,,

    cals in vs cals out mate

    as stated time and time again

    i can confirm though, these bars taste great and are a very good quality snack/MRP

    eat too many though and of course they will fcuk your cutting up, limit and enjoy and allow for them in your diet and it should be an issue

    the pro flap jack is great aswell for a more carb based one and is heavily oat based
