Nutrition for skinny fat?

Hello guys! Well like the title says?
I’m quite a fit inshape lad, I compete in k1 & boxing, but unfortunately I’m a skinny fat bastard, I’m 6ft 70kg and I cut too 66kg too fight, well not anymore, I’m doing a few more fights then bulking up, come September, October, what advice can you guys help me out with for staying lean ish, and beefing up !!

    Find out what your maintenance calories are and just add around 300-500 kcal a day and go from there. You should try and gain at the most around 1lb per week.

    May sound slow going, but if you take in a **** load of extra calories you will obviously pile on more fat. Boxing will help you to keep lean anyway.

    determine your physical activity and your nutritional plan. To keep a good figure, remember that 70% is nutrition and the rest is exercise :) in the case of standard workout with body
