Nutrition help

Just to give you an inside of my situation. I never had a solid diet plan but saying that I've always tried to stick to a good diet. I've Been training on and off for years. In the past I had this urge to be big and didn't pay much attention to being lean. Now I've decided that I just want to be lean and look good aesthetically. Currently I weigh 169lb, 5'6, roughly 23%bf. I do IF at least 5 times a week. My maintenance calorie is 2000 but am consuming around 1600 to lose weight. In the past I have taken aas but due to my bf I felt like I never had the full potential of aas. I would like to be in 15% bf with solid muscle and cut up. Please advise what I need to Do to achieve this goal. If you need further info then let me know. Thanks.

How many times a week do you train?
What does a typical basic day's eating look like at the moment?
Were you gaining muscle on 2,000kcal per day?
