I did my first olympic lifting workout yesterday. I've included the oly lifts in the past but this time its all I did.

5 sets of snatches
3 sets of Cleans
2 sets of Clean Pulls

The entire back of my body as the most awesome doms! I like it!

    it is amazing how difficult proper lifting really is. i always laugh when bodybuilders follow routines and they state they allow no more than 30 seconds recovery between sets. try snatches for 6-8 reps and see if you are well enough even to stand after 30 seconds let alone go again
