OK Im gonna stand up and be counted here - Dance Dance Revolution??

Has anyone gave Dance Dance Revolution or similar a try for there cardio. (Arcade game and PS2 where you press arrows on the screen with your feet)
My daughter loves this so one day I had a go of my own. As much as she made it look effortless being young I was shagged by the end of the second tune.

Now I alwasys thought the steping machine at the gym was for girls; until I tried it!! Now I know it's a Killer. So with this sentence in mind, has anyone ever gave serious thought to DDR as a form of cardio?

Mickey - (being serious but expecating pi$s takes)

    No

Have had a couple of go's on the kids trampoline though. If it wasn't for fear of the neighbours seeing me I might use it more

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

Haha- This is exactly what I mean m8. Hey I'm far from asking to go public with this and get an MT team together. I just can't believe how good cardio a video game can be.

Hmmm....an MT Dance Mat Team , that could work. Could we wear spandex suits ?

If you've got access to it regularly and enjoy it then why not?!

I used to dance for some of my cardio (proper dancing though lol). It makes the cardio that much easier to do when you enjoy it so yes I'd use it as cardio if I were you.

You can also get a mini stepper if you don't want to or can't do cardio at the gym. You can pick one up at an affordable price and use it whenever you want in your own home. I suggest watching TV or listening to music at the same time though because it can get quite boring after a couple minutes lol.
