OLDSKOOL's DBOL Xperience!

Well for those who have clicked here by mistake.
Hello and Welcome to Oldskool's Dbol experience comin to a cinema nr you!

Anyway i will update this journal as often as i can.
I hope this journal will be useful (once completed) to ppl thinking of taking DBOL, as i will try to xplain the physical improvements as well as any side effects.

Profile:
OLDSKOOL: Age 26
Proper Training: 6 months
Height: 6"0
Weight: 182lbs

Anyway on to instrestin bits!

The course im taking is from a book written by a very respected coach. (Of course you guys are welcome to have ur 2 pence/cent worth LOL)
Week 1 3dbol per day (15mg)
Week 2 5dbol per day (25mg)
Week 3 7dbol per day (35mg)
Week 4 10dbol per day (50mg)
Week 5 10dbol per day (50mg)
Week 6 7dbol per day (35mg)
Week 7 5dbol per day (25mg)
week 8 3dbol per day (15mg)

1 Nolvadex every Day.
(Remember prevention is better then cure any day IMO)

I actually started on sat but have been very busy so i will update events from then to the present.

Sat: Well after the intial excitement of the goodies comin thru the door i sat staring at my first dbol tab i was going to pop.
I think i half expected to see Darth Vader pop his head round the corner and say Welcome to the dark Side!
Still i did think alot about it before taking my first one.
The bottom line is I wanna get bigger, and faster is most definately better then slower. :=)

Emotional wise i felt pretty good all day.
Protien: 180 - 200 Grammes

Sun:
I was due to go out so i had to do my workout out in the morning, normally i workout in da evenings.
It was a pretty good workout, although it didnt feel that different.

I was still feeling pretty good all day.
Noticed my appetite was getting bigger judgin by the way i demolished my neigbours BBQ!

Protien 180- 200 Grammes

Mon:
Was Still eating good and looking forward to chest and arms workout on tuesday.


Tues:
Well im sitting here typing after one of my best ever chest and arms workout.
Felt really strong and the pump i got was amazing!
Was tempted to do more, but just stuck to some high instensity stuff.
Pyrimiding barbell curls up to faliure then dropping weight down also to faliure.
Felt pretty good today, although works still pretty Krap.

    I think most guys on here will say to drop the pyramid scheme with the dbol and go for a straight dose.

    yup no need to taper mate, just hit it @ 35 or 40mg's a day for 8weeks, i'm not going to give you the boohaa about dbol on it's own being a bit of a waist as i'm sure you've already heard it, though if you want to do oral only get a hold of some winny tabs and run them at 50mg's ed for the length of the cycle, that would give you some nice solid gains.

    Good luck your str should be going through the roof by now, the water retention can be a bitch though.

    Johnny five 500 - 1000mg milk thistle per day.
    500 on low end of cycle, 1000 when i hit 25 mg of dbol upwards!

    Well Shoulders/Tri's today.
    Had a good solid workout, felt like i could go on forever!

    Strength is only a little bit better but since this is the low end of the cycle it should get much better!

    Weighed myself and have put on 2 lbs!


    Emotional wise still feel pretty good, no pains or side affects of yet.
    Although am feeling a bit more tired then normal.

    Roll on Saturday's back and leg workout!!!!

    Absolutely no need to taper/pyramid your doses up and down mate, it's a very out-dates theory. Just run your intended dose straight away and at your level 30mg ED would be plenty IMO, don't go higher until you have to!!!!

    Woke up with a bad nose bleed and sh!!t myself!
    I even rung in sick for work, thought it might be dianabol related. Searched 30 mins on the net for n e possible connections and thankfully couldnt find nowt! :-)
    Must be to much picking!


    Sat:
    Was pretty busy so decided to delay workout on sunday when i could be more focused.
    Dose now 25mg per day!


    Sun:
    Back and legs workout!
    Ive now gone past previous best in all excersises, and am pretty damm happy!
    Felt like a Good pump and still feel tired! (Many hours later)
    Cant wait till tuesday, Chest and arms my favourite workout without a doubt!!

    Thanks for the advice ppl and i dont want to seem ignorant by not following advice and i belive you to be right but!!!!
    I made a promise to the missus to follow the course in the book, this keeps her happy as i think she was generally impressed with some of the book's advice.

    My next cycle is definatly gonna be injectables, but just wanted to wet my feet first.

    Hmmmmmm!
    Another sh!t day at work today and some of the ppl are really pi$$ing me off.

    Had to restrain myself from giving some 1 a slap today.
    Not sure weather its was the roids or having to work with a bunch of twats... Oh well could be worse i suppose.

    Feeling really tired as of late and definatly need more sleep.

    But i enjoy sleeping so that no probs!

    I feel like a fluffy bunny rabbit on bdol all i wanna do is sleep and smile, so it's probably the ****ers @ work getting to you, though people react differently on it.

    Fair enough on the Mrs comment, but yeah your gunna need to be doing injectables for any serious muscle gains.

    There definitely is a link between steroid intake and nose bleeds. Most steroids, especially Dbol, lead to higher blood pressure which in turn can result in more frequent nose bleeds. If they continue then I would go and get your BP checked just to make sure you are still in the safe range.

    Bump that protein up. You are around 180 lbs so you should be aiming for 300g minimum. I always aim for 2g per lb of body weight so 400g would be good if you can do it. The main action of Dbol is to increase protein synthesis so you got to keep feeding it the raw materials. Eat protein throughout the day.

    well folks i think this is due for a update so ill quickly fill you guys in.

    Things have not excalty been going to plan.
    Because of the bloody hot weather (Well for me its hot n e way!) I have not been eating very well at all. In fact i will never ever do another cycle in the summer peroid!!!!

    I have noticed some side effects when i stepped up to 7 dbol a day. Lower back pains in a big way! Been urinating loads more and am always tired. (Wish i had a matress strapped on me back!)
    Work is a little bit better.

    Due to poor diet my weight is roughly the same although strenght is very very good.

    Well just starting week 4 and all i can say is Im never ever doing another dbol only cycle!

    Its times like these that I wished I listened to the xperienced guys and ran a nice injectable along side with it.

    Oh well live and learn... But next time Im definatley gonna do injectables.

    Well this is definately due for a update so here goes.
    Up to 10 dbol a day now and my back was so bad i missed work the other day!

    Go to admit my strength is still good.
    In compund excersises i would say easily up by 50%.
    Isolation execersise maybe 10 - 20%.

    My body had definately changed, more muscular and toned, although strangly my weight remains the same???????
    Maybe cause of lack of eating.

    So far this has given me a insight in to steroids but i wished i had added a injectable. Oh well next cycle.

    Oh well Ill start adding my excersises next update.

    Nolvadex which you should have if your running any type of oral gear ran at 20mgs eod or ed will ease the back problems as this will be water retention, up the protein and use some e/c/a for the lethargy....and keep us updated.

    I have now also stopped taking DBOL after 7 pm.
    This seems to have worked..dunno how??? LOL

    This is my current routine which i will stick with for the rest of cycle but i do need a new routine for my next cycle in 2 -3 months time.

    Mon Chest/Bi's

    Light warm up.

    Push ups on push up stands to failure.

    Concentration Curl x 8

    Abs x 3 sets to faliure.


    Wed Tris/Delts

    Light Warm Up

    Skull Crushers(3 Sets) 10, 8 ,6
    Close Grip Bench Press(2 Sets) 8, 6

    Front Raise (2 Sets) 8 , 6
    Miltary Press (2 Sets) 8, 8
    Shoulder Shrugs (2 Sets) 8 , 6

    Mate, d-bol is real short acting (like 2-3 hours half life) so with the d-bol only cycle the test levels in the body are all ovre the shop. (High by the end of the day and low in the morning, which is total opposite to normal) This is why bros tend to stick to using it to kick start a cycle which it is great for. My advice would be to try and get them all munched as early in the day as possible as natrual test production occurs during the night. Try 2 aim for b4 3pm, talking 2 at a time in 2-3 hour spacings. Drink loads of water, and get all the sleep you can [|)], Good luck.
