Hello and Welcome to Oldskool's Dbol experience comin to a cinema nr you!
Anyway i will update this journal as often as i can.
I hope this journal will be useful (once completed) to ppl thinking of taking DBOL, as i will try to xplain the physical improvements as well as any side effects.
OLDSKOOL: Age 26
Proper Training: 6 months
Anyway on to instrestin bits!
The course im taking is from a book written by a very respected coach. (Of course you guys are welcome to have ur 2 pence/cent worth LOL)
Week 1 3dbol per day (15mg)
Week 2 5dbol per day (25mg)
Week 3 7dbol per day (35mg)
Week 4 10dbol per day (50mg)
Week 5 10dbol per day (50mg)
Week 6 7dbol per day (35mg)
Week 7 5dbol per day (25mg)
week 8 3dbol per day (15mg)
1 Nolvadex every Day.
(Remember prevention is better then cure any day IMO)
I actually started on sat but have been very busy so i will update events from then to the present.
Sat: Well after the intial excitement of the goodies comin thru the door i sat staring at my first dbol tab i was going to pop.
I think i half expected to see Darth Vader pop his head round the corner and say Welcome to the dark Side!
Still i did think alot about it before taking my first one.
The bottom line is I wanna get bigger, and faster is most definately better then slower. :=)
Emotional wise i felt pretty good all day.
Protien: 180 - 200 Grammes
I was due to go out so i had to do my workout out in the morning, normally i workout in da evenings.
It was a pretty good workout, although it didnt feel that different.
I was still feeling pretty good all day.
Noticed my appetite was getting bigger judgin by the way i demolished my neigbours BBQ!

Was Still eating good and looking forward to chest and arms workout on tuesday.
Well im sitting here typing after one of my best ever chest and arms workout.
Felt really strong and the pump i got was amazing!
Was tempted to do more, but just stuck to some high instensity stuff.
Pyrimiding barbell curls up to faliure then dropping weight down also to faliure.
Felt pretty good today, although works still pretty Krap.
