OLYMPIC WRESTLING NUTRITION?

can anybody give me solid advice on what to eat for olympic wrestling. for those that don't know the sport, it involves 3 x 2min rounds a match, sometime having roughly 3-4 matches in a competition.
 
i am currently training for strength in the gym and practise wrestling 3 times a week. anyhelp would be much appreciated.

    plenty of lean protein sources, fish, chicken, beef etc.. complex / slow carbs, plenty of fruit and veg, some healthy fats

    cheers mate. should i be eating every 2-3 hours? getting in the recommended 1-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight to?

    if you're wanting to build size and strength then yeah.. remember its lean body weight tho, not including fat weight s

    you dont HAVE to eat every 3 hours, it's total daily intake that matters as long as your workouts are adequatly fueled

    eating every 3 hours just makes it easier to get enough food in
