OK, you are thinking lke a bodybuider.
Am I wrong in thinking you actually only wrestle one day a week? If so its obvious you are not very serious about wrestling.
If you're only wrestling once a week, and not competitively, then continue training like a bodybuilder if that's what you want.
The fact that you are wrestling once a week and doing weights four times a week suggests that the weights are more important than the wrestling?
I could tailor a routine specific to wrestling, but tbh, if you are only doing the wrestling for a bit of fun then I don't see the point!
