RE: ONLY eggs for protein
REALLY best to vary diet as different proteins contain diffrent amino acids which are all needed to process the protein.
I know eggs are a good source, but variety is the key.
If you're so skint you can't afford different proteins (whey, tuna are cheap), then how are you going to afford EFAs like oily fish and nuts?
