OUCH!!! Bench shirt

Bought my first shirt and used it today. I've been doing meets and not using one for 2 years now and have done well. That bastard cut the piss out of my underarms. It was so uncomfortable that I might not use it in my next meet. I can't even put my arms down now because it hurts so much. I did go ahead and buy a larger one to train in for a little bit. Gonna see if that helps. I'm 5'6" and have a 47" chest. i bought a size 54 HD Balst Shirt from Inzer. the new shirt I bought was a size 58. Any suggestions, or is that the nature of the beast?

My Inzer HD Blast shirt does that as well. Also my first shirt. From what I've been told, that's basically what bench shirts do. They aren't supposed to be comfortable - There supposed to help you move more weight. However, I think that lots of talc in the appropriate areas and making sure your arms are in the sleeves properly and the sleeves aren't twisted helps. I haven't had much practice with the shirt though, so I might not be the best person for advice.
