OVERTRAING MY LEGS??
Hi guys, i get the feeling i'm overtraining my legs as i do rippertoes fullbody workout 3 times a week aswell as cycling for 30mins (slow and steady) and also HIIT cardio running for maybe 7-10mins. A detailed list is shown below on exactly how i work my legs: MON, WED, FRI
Squats - 1 warm up set then 3sets X 8reps (heavy weight) - train around 7:30pm after work TUES, THURS, SAT
30 mins Cycling, slow and steady - 7:15am just after i wake up, unfuelled
HIIT running, 7-10 mins - 8pm after work, fueled
All this puts quite a strain on my legs and my thighs never feel rested and they are constantly working, so i realise somehing has to give.. i could perhaps lower the weight with my squats and go for 12-15 reps, or i could stop cycling or even stop HIIT but i'm not sure what the best thing is to do.. My main goal is to loose body to become more defined with out loosing any muscle mass...Any ideas??
