Odd lump developed in chest - Not Gyno

Started my cycle and had this strange lump develop to the left of my nipple area in my actuall pec region.
Ive had gyno before and this feels totally different, its like a kidney shaped lump? Also ive been running a-dex though out cycle.

Any one had similar experience or know what it could be?

    What size?
Could it be a deep, large spot?

In that case it obviously goes when you stop,so i wouldn't worry about it.

But it still leaves the question as to what it is,very strange? It'll be interesting to find out if anyone has the awnser though wouldn't it.
