Off period between cycles

What's the recommended minimum "off-period" between AAS cycles?

Thanks

I've just finished a dbol-only cycle and am about to start my PCT (Nolva). That's going to last 3 weeks then I was think 10 weeks off (the duration of my Dbol cycle + PCT) before starting a Winny-only cycle.

    Does that sound OK?

    Cheers

As long as you follow the general rule of thump. Your time off = length of cycle i.e. 6 weeks + PCT @ 3 weeks. Gives you a total time off of 9 weeks. So yes 10 weeks is fine. There are guys here that do not manage the full time off. For me i won't be able to start my next cycle until end of November.

A better method would be get some blood work done. As it can vary from person to person. I find for example, the older you get the longer it takes to recover and also which cycle you did

    Bench Press -200kg for 1
    Dumbell Seated Press -2 x 60kg for 6

    Bloods is the best method

(i normally get bloods done a month after PCT starts, to monitor progress)

Bloodwork is not necessary if you run two short cycles a year. Push past this, with limited recovery time, and it becomes a necessity.
