Oil and Food

I use olive oil to cook my eggs in the morning

oil is used when i buy my grilled fish for lunch

oil is used when i buy my chicken strips later

oil is used when i cook my steak for dinner

hmmmmmmmmmmmm is that to much oil? in particular if i want to lean up?

    i buy the grilled fish from a fish shop

    and i generaly buy my grilled chicken strips at oportos (in sydney australia)

    not to sure what they cook it in hmmmmm
