I'd generally go with 1.5g per lb. but the amount can vary depending on the person..see what works for you in the end.
I'd go for the actual fruit instead of the juice to be honest.
Hmm...some changes can still be made to that diet.
wake up i have 30 grams wey protiein in water with bitezise shredded wheat or jordans cereal with semi skimmed milk
-Have whey in water only. Then have your proper breakfast a bit later. What time is this at?
11 o clock an apple
-Not a proper meal, have protein at each meal
1 oclock 2 rounds of brown bread with ham salad
4 o clock tin of tuna with salad
6 o clock 30 minutes on excercise bike after weight traing if its a non weight training day just 45 mins on excercise bike
-Do you have a whey shake in between? After?
8 0 clock cople of apples or bannas
-This is your pwo meal basically. Needs protein.
11 0 clock wey protien with semi skimmed milk
-Can have whey with a source of fats like flax. Your diet as a whole lacks in proper fats and excluding the milk and using the flax will make it a bit cleaner overall.
