Old Strong Man Writings

http://www.naturalstrength.com/history/default.asp

If you are into the old time lifters and the way they trained and lived This website is fantastic with writings by some of the best oldtime strongmen such as... George Hackenschmidt, Arthur Saxon, George F. Jowett and more.

Ive only started reading some of Hackenschmidts chapters and they are so fascinating to people interested in old time strength training.

I heard sandow could do a one arm pullup with anyone of his ten fingers. Im doubtful about the thumb though. Any truth in this?
