Old guy

Hi,
Not really old (47). I have been back in the gym 6months and loving every minute. I have kept the fitness up over the years by running about 30-40km per week. Still doing it but looking to add some mass so going to reduce my cardio. Decided I'm in this for the long haul so slow and steady gains are the order of the day. All i need now is a simple/basic plan to maximise the effort into good solid gains.
