Ollies road to nabba 2007

Hi all

Training for next years shows so though id keep a record of what im doing and any tips would be great.
Just bought a blender so making some mega protein shakes !!

Todays nutrition.

7am Protein shake in water 50 protein

8.30 am Protein shake with 100g oats in water 50carbs 50 protein

11am 500ml milk 2 bannanas 200g oats protein powder 180 carbs 60 protein

1.30pm 2 bagels, 250 cottage cheese and can of tuna 60pro 100 carbs no butter

4.30pm 500ml milk 200g oats protein powder tbs of low cal chocolate powder 120 carbs 60 pro

train - shoulders and 20 min cv

7.30 pm 500ml lucozade creatine 10mg protein powder 85 carbs 50 pro

10pm 400g protatoes, 250g turkey and tomarto pasta sauce 70 carb 50 pro

12 mid night protein drink 50p

400g protein / 605 g carbs

supps at the mo creatine 10mg per day 2000mg tribulas daily

Shoulder workout will be up tomorrow

    Looking to do the pendle valey, nabba nw and ukfbb nw and any others i find competing in the novice, i did the efbb nw first timers 05, wanted to do a show this year but to busy with work so planning next year now

    shoulder press machine 70kg 3 x 10
    seated side raise 17.5 kg dumbell 3 x 10
    rear flyes 3 x12 17.5 kg
    seated shrugs 3 x 20 reps 30kg bumbell slow reps

    20 cv on bike

    Ok time to catch up weighted myself on sat and i was 18 stone 10 lbs so put a little on. Still using tribulas and creatine daily.

    Sat Nutrition was alot of liquard meals as i was on the door most of the day for chester races.

    9am protein shake in milk with 3 bananas and 100g oats 120c 60p

    11am 400g baked potatoes with cottage cheese and protein shake

    2pm 150 oats mixed with protein shake in water 60p 100c

    train

    4.30pm 500ml glucose whey shake - 85c 50p

    7.30 hunk of whole meal bread with 2 chicken breasts 50c guess 50 protein

    10.30 protien shake

    12 protein shake

    425 carbs 350 protein

    Sat training - arms

    seated 45 degree bumbell curls 3 x 10 - 17.5 kg
    Preacher single arm curls - 3 x 10 22kg
    Seated hammer curls 22kg - x 10 / 9 / 8
    Tricep rope extensions 70kg 3 x 10
    Skull crushers 40kg 3 x 10
    Single cable tricep pushdowns 3 x 10

    Sun

    Nutrition

    Milk 500ml 3 bananas 100g oats protein powder 120c 50p

    Protein shake 3 x whole meal pittas 50p 90c

    250g turkey 400g potatoes 70c 50 p

    train

    500ml glucose / protein shake 85c 50 p

    300g oats 100g protein powder made into 2 shakes 180c 100 p

    2 tins tuna

    training.

    Leg ext warm up with high reps 4 sets

    Hack squat 160kg 3 x 10

    Leg press 360kg 3 x 10 low footing to concentrate on quads

    Standing leg curls 30kg 3 x 10 each leg

    Lying leg curl 35kg 3 x 10

    Seated calfs 60kg 3 x 15 slow reps hold at top

    donkey calves 100kg 3 x 20.

    Things noted : need more fruit and veg in diet although i am taking a multi vit daily.

    Monday, not training today working all weekend on the door has took its toll on me so it early to bed. Heres my nutrition.

    8am 150 oats with 1 banana in 500ml milk and protein powder

    11am same

    2pm 400g potatoes 250g cottage cheese and 1 can of tuna 1 orange

    4.30pm 100g oats with protein powder mixed with water

    7pm 250 lean mince with salad and 6 tortillas

    9pm same

    11pm protein shake

    Drank alot of water and had daily sups of creatine and tribulas.

    Hi all just to update you all on my progress

    Mon didnt train
    Tue Chest

    Incline press 3 x 8 - 10 - 120kg
    Flat dumbell press 3 x 8 - 10 -45kg
    Flyes machine 3 x 15 - 70kg

    20min cv

    Nutrition

    very similar to monday except i had potaoes and chiken with salad for tea

    looking to be around 500 carbs 350 protein

    wed no training and nutrition 420 carbs and 350 protein

    carbs from potatoes and oats only.

    also had salad and fruit over the past few days

    The increase in my carb intake is starting to fill me out more i look thicker and fuller.

    Will start a 12 week course next week so hope to gain another few pounds and will also do powerhouses recomended pct therapy
