Training for next years shows so though id keep a record of what im doing and any tips would be great.
Just bought a blender so making some mega protein shakes !!
7am Protein shake in water 50 protein
8.30 am Protein shake with 100g oats in water 50carbs 50 protein
11am 500ml milk 2 bannanas 200g oats protein powder 180 carbs 60 protein
1.30pm 2 bagels, 250 cottage cheese and can of tuna 60pro 100 carbs no butter
4.30pm 500ml milk 200g oats protein powder tbs of low cal chocolate powder 120 carbs 60 pro
train - shoulders and 20 min cv
7.30 pm 500ml lucozade creatine 10mg protein powder 85 carbs 50 pro
10pm 400g protatoes, 250g turkey and tomarto pasta sauce 70 carb 50 pro
12 mid night protein drink 50p
400g protein / 605 g carbs
supps at the mo creatine 10mg per day 2000mg tribulas daily
