Once a week?

I know this is asked alot, I would just like quick answers. Do you think training each bodypart once a week is enough? Im talking about this on a 5 day split, hard training...

    Yes it is ample IMO. We do differ but in general and for most I think once a week in enough in terms of specific targetting (as we know in reality all our muscles get hit more often than this)

    I like to think of this forum as a smart forum... We have lots of people who know what they're talking about. Yep once a week is all you need. Directly or indirectly.
