One arm bigger than the other...

This is intriguing me, simply because its my left(weaker) arm that is the bigger of the two, its a visable difference too.

My Right is my dominant arm, it is also stronger than my left too, so why is my left bigger???

Find it quite amusing tbh, could understand fi it was my right, but my left?

I have the same.I'm left handed but my right arm is quater of an inch bigger.

One theory i read(how true it is i really don't know):-

If you're doing barbell curls for example-Your stronger side is the more dominant and would initialize the lift(even though it's minimal).......This would mean the weight would tip down towards your weaker side,in effect, your weaker side is lifting a heavier weight than your stronger side.

i got the same problem. its really weird because my left arm the weaker one looks alot more defined as well!

Its common so nowt to be worried about, prime example is rafeal nadal his arms are the same! As long as strenght wise they both more or less the same.

Looks a bit weird but it is funny lol

I used to have a left arm smaller than my right by half an inch. Both are the same size now just though focusing on technique while curling. I think its like rocky said one arms taking over.
