One handed Pullup

Who can do a one handed pullup?

What is your bodyweight and how many regular pullups can you do?

i can aswell when i hold the other wrist, if that counts, max 'one handed' that way is 8. (although really you're using both arms)

Most chin ups I ever did was 17

Hi mate. I can do a grand total of 1 one-handed pullup with either arm. Proper one-handed mind, not like the "cheats" above me LOL. [:o)] I weigh 270lbs.

When I was 190lbs at age 18, I could do 8 with either arm. Was good for showing off LMAO. Also good for an actual workout. Pullups were always one of my favourite exercises, though I don't do them much these days.

Oh sorry forgot to say, I don't know how many regular pullups I can do now. Don't do them except with weight added.

like liz said, it does a bit, but if you squeeze the lat on the side your pulling on it helps, and cross your legs behind you.

Robert, i need to drop because im carrying a little extra fat around the legs. Ive given up trying to gain weight for now as well since im at school from 8am until 6-7pm so i usually only get 2 square meals a day, top that with only vegetarian sources. either way i put it, i am looking more for a mountain climber type physique.

Yeah I weigh 185 and can get about 20 regular pull ups but am only very close to one handed pullups.

There is this guy at my gym that can just trade them off one after another.

I hope to get it pretty soon...mabye time to loose some weight. I have started concentration curls in my routine (never did them before) in hopes of getting up there.
