Hey guys,whats up?I'm new here so bare with me!!
well,that's my story,been checking this forum for a while and it seems to have a lot of usefull infos so I thought in asking you guys your opinions based on your expertise,any feedback is good feedback!
Well,I'm a flyer,do it for living and the job has a huge efect on my body,sometimes I do trips as long as 9 days long and is hard to sleep(jetlag,multiple time-zone changes)and eat(plane food+ a couple protein shakes,the max I can take through security anyway)so,sometimes I have good months,where I have more time off,and I'll put some weight on training hard(natural) and then following month I lose half of it.
I'm 1,80cm(5'11,sorry,europeans dont work with imperial scales to well lol)and 77kg,body fat I dont know exacly but must be minimal as you can see my 6 pack through a shirt,is defined,I'm tonned...but skinny,I actually feel small and I'm sick of it!
So I got hold of some sustanon 250,clomid tabs and dbol.
so the plan is(since I have 3 easy months ahead,I want to bulk up)
250mg sus for 10 weeks
dbol 1-4 weeks(some liv52 since my liver will be crying after this)
clomid to hold up the gains
nutrition wise,I've bought some BSN Mass tech(friends advice) for the first 4 weeks,then switch to protein only.
And,adding one more meal to my diet(4 a day)plus the shakes and some protein bars for when I'm not hungry(God,till I puke lol)
Now the questions,Is it alright to add some cardio?I know is not possible to add size and keep the 6 pack but I would like to keep the bad fat away if you know what I mean,at least try to.
In regards to sus 250,I checked the 'legit or fake' thread and was usefull as the ones I've got looked legit,the source was recomended,but if is fake,what sort of horror stories can you tell me?anyone got fake gear and got any sort of health problem from it?
I'm gaining some courage to confront the needle lol,any difference on injecting on the thigh or glute?same thing?
The Dbol I decided to run 30mg per day for 4 weeks,is it enough?
I'm planing to start on tuesday,doing some conditioning training tomorrow,only swim on monday then hit the stuff on tuesday,keep you posted and hope to hear from you all
