One ticket to the dark side please!!!

Hey guys,whats up?I'm new here so bare with me!!
 
well,that's my story,been checking this forum for a while and it seems to have a lot of usefull infos so I thought in asking you guys your opinions based on your expertise,any feedback is good feedback!
 
Well,I'm a flyer,do it for living and the job has a huge efect on my body,sometimes I do trips as long as 9 days long and is hard to sleep(jetlag,multiple time-zone changes)and eat(plane food+ a couple protein shakes,the max I can take through security anyway)so,sometimes I have good months,where I have more time off,and I'll put some weight on training hard(natural) and then following month I lose half of it.
 
I'm 1,80cm(5'11,sorry,europeans dont work with imperial scales to well lol)and 77kg,body fat I dont know exacly but must be minimal as you can see my 6 pack through a shirt,is defined,I'm tonned...but skinny,I actually  feel small and I'm sick of it!
 
So I got hold of some sustanon 250,clomid tabs and dbol.
so the plan is(since I have 3 easy months ahead,I want to bulk up)
250mg sus for 10 weeks
dbol 1-4 weeks(some liv52 since my liver will be crying after this)
clomid to hold up the gains
 
nutrition wise,I've bought some BSN Mass tech(friends advice) for the first 4 weeks,then switch to protein only.
And,adding one more meal to my diet(4 a day)plus the shakes and some protein bars for when I'm not hungry(God,till I puke lol)
 
Now the questions,Is it alright to add some cardio?I know is not possible to add size and keep the 6 pack but I would like to keep the bad fat away if you know what I mean,at least try to.
 
In regards to sus 250,I checked the 'legit or fake' thread and was usefull as the ones I've got looked legit,the source was recomended,but if is fake,what sort of horror stories can you tell me?anyone got fake gear and got any sort of health problem from it?
I'm gaining some courage to confront the needle lol,any difference on injecting on the thigh or glute?same thing?
 
The Dbol I decided to run 30mg per day for 4 weeks,is it enough?
 
I'm planing to start on tuesday,doing some conditioning training tomorrow,only swim on monday then hit the stuff on tuesday,keep you posted and hope to hear from you all

    mate i will be honest with you, your not ready to use steroids atm.

    But if you really have to, post your diet in the diet section on this site. Find out exactly how you should diet when your on a cycle, and if you decide you can stick to the diet (as its very demanding and takes real dedication)

    Then go onto the net and study training routines, find one that will fit in with you life style and the demands of your cycle.

    Also take into concideration that steroids are not an easy route to building muscle, with a half arsed diet and crap training routien (not that im saying thats what you will do) you will look like you are growing but it will mainly be water weight wich you will loose after the cycle.
     
    Cardio is in my opinion esential when on a cycle but agian it all depends on what your aim and goals are.
     
    Also 500mg of sust would be okay for your first cycle, minus the dianabol, if you have to use the dbol then "front load" with it, which means starting the dbol on the day of your first shot of sust and run it for four weeks, giving the sust time to "kick in"

    Hope this helps and you get where you want to go.

    Yeah,I feel that I should build up more naturally before "commit the sin" but I'm strugling I guess..
    Yeah,I'll take your advice and post my diet,once do a bit of research,and again like you suggested,I'll re-consider if is for me!
    I just want to take the opportunity that I have about 2 months with no work,so i could maybe gain something.

    Not a problem at all.
     
    You will be amazed at what you can achieve with the right training and diet mate, seriously. When you first start to lift and eat right you sould grow really well.
     
    Doing a cycle because you have a spare two months will be a wast of time, gear and effort. You also risking injury due to ass makes you muscles stronger but doesnt do the same for your tendons, i have a friend whos forearms are shot to bits from this.

    build a good amount of strength and muscle before you get into ass mate. Its not for me to say when you should start using ass thats up to you 100%, just giving you some food for thought.

    Squat: 363kg

    Bench: 195kg

    Deadlift: 300kg

    @ (currently 114kg)

    stay in the light side , u are not ready for juice , u are suppose to sort your training/diet out first the take gear a few years after this , u will lose most of it when u are on them planes when your diet is crap , dont waste your time and money just yet
