Yeh me too!

Season of the force is on between Jan 13 and March 25

Euro star goes straight to Marne le valley in school holidays (bypasses central Paris).

A budget IBIS costs about £40 a night for a three bed.

I could do a 3 day excursion for under £500.

Even cheaper if I leave the family at home !

You can get some very good deals doing thru the french site apparently. Hotukdeals often has a good few hundred £ saving altho that's usually JUST hotel and park and usually done by flying not train, so once you start adding in the extra transfers etc maybe not such a huge bargain

Half board is such a rip off! It’s France for goodness sake.. even the corner shops have Waitrose quality food!

Baguettes, cheese and charcuterie for breakfast, a burger in the park for lunch and maybe a TGI fridays for dinner if everyone has behaved!

If I stayed in a Disney hotel I’d expect birds and small animals to wake me up lol

Re: Operation Recomp - Part Deux 2017/10/20 11:41:44 (permalink)
On my phone so report will be short and sweet. Had a great couple of days, must have walked about 10 miles, feet were killing me. Back to it this morning, it was a pretty good one.

MILITARY PRESS:

5 X 50
5 X 50
5 X 50
5 X 50
5 X 50
3 x 55
3 x 60
3 x 65
1 x 70 X 5
1 x 75

Still got pains in my right elbow. It's insanely sore at times but doesn't seem to affect any pressing. Thinking it might be RSI related? It hurt when driving up to Legoland, and eased off when not driving. Strange.

PAUSED SQUAT:

3 x 65 X 5
1 x 75
1 x 85
1 x 95
1 x 105

Deep with a nice pause.

DOH RACK PULLS - NO STRAP:

5 X 70, 100, 120, 130, 140

Set bar about an inch higher and boy were they tougher.

LEG PRESS:

5 X 170 X 5

SEATED DB SHOULDER PRESS:

5 X 22.5s x 5

SEATED LOW ROWS:

10 X 15 plates x 4

Pretty good session. More tomorrow. Love you all x

good to see you have kept up the important stuff while away with the fluffy stuff

the elbow thing is a bit weird... I find driving used to do that for me too but its better now, not sure how or why but it could be something to do with the joint supps I use now...

A fatigued 75kg strict press is nothing to be sniffed at mufasa.
