you need to do deadlifts on back day. also consider chin ups instead of lat bar pull down. throw in some rows too and get rid of 1 of the bicep exercises.
persoanlly i much prefer to do shoulders on chest/triceps day- after benching your shoulders will be tired anyway so a heavy shoulder press will be enough. also consider dips instead of skull crushers but both are good.
do lunges or stiff leg deads on leg day as well as calf exercise.
dont go for a cycle the day after doing legs! cycle on wed should be ok thou
