In a nutshell:-
1)Diet - 6 meals per day. Quality carbs and protein in each meal. Portion sizes are measured using size of fist.
2) 3 weight training sessions per week. Upper/Lower/Upper body etc.
Pyramid system from 12-6 reps. Workouts last approx. 45 minutes.
3) Cardio on alternate days. 20 mins interval training.
4) 1 rest day per week when you don't exercise and can eat what you like (recipe for disaster!)
Repeat until buff.
