Opinions on Madcow & Texas Method

Hi everyone,

I've been reading up about the above training methods and was wondering if anyone has any experience / opinions of them?

Also does anyone know of any other intermediate strength training routines i could research on?

I have been doing 5x5 or 7x3 or pyramiding up to near max for 9 months and I now feel it's time to do something more structured.

Thanks.

I did a this routine a while back.  Slightly different from the two links.  Stronglifts seems to have taken down the original routines and replaced them with variations.

Mehdi seems to have taken out most of the assistance work and lowered the number of deadlift sets.
