Opinions on my diet please :-)

Hi Guys, I am trying to slim down and tone up for my honeymoon in August and was wondering if you could take a look at my diet. I have lost some weight and noticed my definition improving but there is always room for more! I currently do a full body weights routine 3 times a week and kickboxing 1 or 2 times a week, I also try to fit 1 or 2 cardio sessions in as well. A typical day’s diet is:

5: 30 – Wake
5:40 – 50g oats made with water and a whey protein shake
6:30 – Train (45 mins weights followed by 20mins cardio)
7:30 – Whey protein shake + banana
9:30 – 75g pasta + 1 tin tuna
11:30 – Handful of cashew nuts + a yoghurt
13:30 – Omelette with 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites, 1 piece wholemeal toast
15:30 – Handful of cashew nuts + 1 apple
18:30 – 75g pasta / rice / potatoes + 150g – 200g lean meat + veg (meals vary)
21:00 – 300g cottage cheese
22:00 – Whey/casein protein shake
23:00 – Bed

When I go kickboxing I train in the evening and wake up an hour later but meal plan stays similar except I eat my main meal at 22:00.

Oh, and I’m about 93kg (down from 98) and I would guess 15-17% bf, hoping to get down to 10-12%.

    21.00 - Lower the amount of cottage cheese and add some omega 3s from fish oils, oil fish, flax oil, flax seeds, etc...

    22.00 - As above (add healthy fats).

    Thanks Gaz! I do take omega fish oils, I will make sure I take them at night instead. Everything else looks pretty good then?
