Opinions on my modified FRANKIE NY's routine..

I am trying to get a new workout going designed to increase mass to go with my bulking diet. I have had a tendency to overtrain over the past few years, the first year of training I was doing full body workouts 5 times per week. For the last month I was on a 3 times per week plan which consisted of about 6 exercises per session. After reading this website and becoming frustrated with my progress I have decide to follow the FRANKIE NY's mass routine but with some slight adjustments.......

What do you think to the below routine for gaining mass .............

I would like to hear any views for improvements but you should know that I do not have access to a dip station.......

I have kept it to 4 exercises per workout and this will take me about 55 minutes......

5X5

FLAT BENCH
MILITARY PRESS
DB SHOULDER PRESS
CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS

5X5

DEADLIFTS
DUMBELL ROWS
BARBELL CURLS
SHRUGS

5X5

SQUATS
LEG EXTENTIONS
LEG CURLS
CRUNCHES

Don't change it matey. It's already awesome as is.

    Why have you modified it?

I think Frankie sticks with 3 exercises because more than that would be too much and keep you in the gym too long.

Get leg extensions out of their, and leg curls. Replace with leg press/SLDL if you must. Better still, don't change it. Frankie put 20+ years of knowlage and experince into his routine, you haven't.

Try it as he wrote it first, and then change it as you see it will fit you. Yeah he put a lot of time into it, and I gained 30 lbs on it and countless poundages on my lifts before I got hurt. It's a great routine but it's not the only one. See how your body reacts to the style of training and then change if need be.

Drop the leg extensions and curls just do SLDL's

Whydo mill press and dumb press? your shoulders will get worked in your other pushing movements, drop on of them, and do 3x10 on barbell curls.
