Optimum time for taking creatine?

Was just wondering if the time you took your creatine makes much difference, I usually take

mine in my PWO shake, just checking that i,m not making a schoolboy error, cheers!

No optimimum time really, taking it consistently is more important than timing, I take 5g pwo on weight training days and 5g with my shake at breakfast on other days.

Yeh pretty similar to me, do you cycle your creatine use or is it something you take for as

long as you feel you need it?

Take it whenever you find convenient, no need to cycle
