I thinks thats about my diet

    Changed my diet abit:

    Breakfast
    Porridge

    mid morning snack
    Apple

    Lunch
    Wholemeal sandwich (2slices)

    Snack
    Low fat Yogart

    Dinner
Chicken and wholemeal pasta or rice and sause

    Post trainning
    Protein shake and apple

    Before bed
Wheat break toasted (2 slices) and cheese on top)

I drink 3-4 litres of water a day and 4 cups of green tea,

Does anyone have anything to say about what im eatin? Is it ok, or could it still be changed abit?
