Out of Whey, my options

Out of Whey, my options

I do weights 4x a week and cardio 3x a week

On weight days i have a shake in the morning, MP's Hurricane XS after training, and Bedtime Extreme before bed.

On cardio days i have a shake in the morning, before workout and after workout.

I wont have any whey till early next week, any suggestions on how i could substitute any of the other supplements.

    yeah cold cooked egg whites mate. 400g of them provides 40g of pure protein with all essential aminos. pack it with some toast or a cinnamon and raisin bagel and PWO meal complete
