Out of the game for a few years, feeling a bit down, and just noticed pea sized gyno
35 year old male here, used to train consistently and heavily from ages 20-33. Last couple of years I've not done that much in terms of weights, instead doing a lot more running (and eating crap towards the end of last year).
During 2005-2010 I was at my heaviest and strongest, and over those years I ran a bunch of Superdrol and a few 60mg anavar cycles. Always did it by the book, running PCT afterwards (nolva mainly). Never did high doses, just enough to boost my strength and keep me looking good. Diets always been great, and have never been a big drinker. Think fitness athlete, not bodybuilder.
In the last 6 months of last year I got a bit lazy due to work commitments and other reasons, and my diet was the worst it has ever been. Protein always high but I was eating lots of chocolate and other sugary rubbish. Weights were only once a week at the very most, and not very good sessions either.
Issues with finances left me feeling a bit down, and my usual SAD became worst during this current winter. Notable crying watching some girly/tearjerker films too!!! Felt a bit depressed and down to be honest.
Couple of weeks ago I noticed a small pea sized lump under my left nipple. I've had this a couple of times in the past and have always got rid of it with Nolva. Not had it for at least 6 years up until now though.
So I'm thinking at the moment my test is probably low because I've not been looking after myself, and the gyno has reared its ugly head. There's nothing visible at all, but I'd like to "nip" it in the bud, so to speak :) Since the new year I've also sorted my diet out and I'm slowly getting back into a routine.
No doubt things might have changed since I last did prohormones and anavar, but what would you recommend to treat this?
Any advice much appreciated.
